From pre-seed to Seed+ stages in software-first companies reimagining the systems that shape our daily lives.

What We Offer

At this time, we are only able to invest in companies that are primarily domiciled in the United States and Canada. This includes both where they are incorporated, and where the majority of their employees reside.
All deals are evaluated through our pitch form.
You can expect to hear from us within two weeks. If you’re selected for further review, we will schedule an initial meeting with you to learn more about your team and company. The full investment process will move from there. We are a very small team looking at a large number of opportunities, and we strive to honor your time by giving your application our full attention.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications, we are unable to provide feedback to everyone. If we meet with you once or more and ultimately decline to invest, we offer feedback if and only if you specifically ask for it. We ask that you complete and send us a self-evaluation prior to your feedback meeting to enrich the conversation.
