That’s not a hypothetical. It’s exactly what happened at our latest workshop.
Last week, we hosted The 2-Person Startup, 10-Person Team — a live, hands-on session where more than 150 founders built a working startup dashboard in Claude Code. No slides. No theory. Just a blank terminal and 60 minutes.
Here’s what that looked like in practice.
Logan Currie — 2x founder, $1.4M raised, zero lines of code written, and an up-and-coming TikTok creator teaching founders how to build with AI — walked attendees through the exact workflow she uses to punch above her weight as a non-technical builder. In Part 1, she ran a live demo showing what’s actually possible: tools that used to take a dev team weeks, built in an afternoon.
Part 2 was where it got real. Founders built their own dashboard from scratch, live on screen. Not a toy. Not a template. A working, investor-ready tool with MRR growth, churn analysis, unit economics, and runway — all in one place.
Then came Part 3. One prompt. The entire dashboard converted into a polished investor update — formatted, narrative-driven, under 400 words, ready to send.
The chat said it all. “This is incredible.” “What an unlock.” “Best Claude session I’ve been in.” One founder asked for a 3-hour version. Another had been using Logan’s ADHD Chief of Staff setup for a week and called it fantastic.
The throughline wasn’t “AI is magic.” It was something more useful: a small team with the right tools isn’t at a disadvantage anymore. It’s a different kind of advantage.
Graham & Walker GP Leslie Feinzaig closed the session the way only she can: “Just go for it. Dig in. Ask Claude to help you get unstuck. And don’t be intimidated to try.”
Every attendee walked away with a working dashboard, a starter kit to rebuild it with their own data, and a GitHub guide covering the top 10 Claude Code skills for founders — plus Chief of Staff setup instructions and templates.
