Job Description
Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial doer to execute G&W’s events, programs, and partner deliverables. Responsibilities
- Planning & executing operational logistics for programs and events across the firm.
- Project management across functions, with a focus on continuously improving organizational processes.
- Communicating and coordinating meticulously and professionally with high-profile members of the community: portfolio founders, investors and LPs, senior executives, external speakers, public figures, and more.

- Demonstrated success at executing complex programs and events, both virtually and in person.
- Effective and efficient. Organized with meticulous attention to detail. We can’t stress this enough, as you’ll own and innovate on the repeatable and scalable systems at the core of what we do. You must be the person who doesn’t let the ball drop, reliably delivers what they say, and loves to hustle to make things happen.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excited to work in a dynamic and collaborative small-firm environment. Past startup or venture experience is a must-have.
- Team-oriented: We call ourselves the dream team, and we want you to bring your best self to it. Be yourself, be kind, be generous, be inclusive, proactively build culture, and be supportive of everyone on our team.
- Resonate with our company values:
- Substance over hype. Results over optics.
- Embrace the messy middle. Nobody is perfect. We learn so we can be better. We expect the same of others.
- Build the ecosystem. A rising tide lifts all boats.
- Ambitious, but never ruthless. High standards, but never catty. High integrity, but never sanctimonious.
- Play the long game. Take the high road. We are not victims and we are not perpetrators.
- We get one life, so let’s make it count. We are tenacious, focused, original, limber, action-oriented, and results-driven. We work smart but also have fun. No a*holes allowed.
If you want to have tangible, measurable, scalable impact in improving the gender gap in startups while developing your network and demonstrating your leadership potential, this opportunity is for you. Benefits include three weeks paid vacation, a supportive and transparent team, and a high-visibility opportunity for growth.
