We believe in substance over hype.
We center founders. We succeed when our founders succeed.
We’re ambitious, but never ruthless. High standards, but never catty. High integrity, but never sanctimonious.
We embrace the messy middle, because nobody is perfect. We play the long game and take the high road.
We get one life, so let’s make it count. We are brave, audacious, and empathetic. We work hard and have fun.
No a*holes allowed.
